Our Story

RateNow was born in 2015 in Barcelona with a clear objective: to transform the way companies manage feedback and customer satisfaction. Since then, we have grown from the Spanish market to the European one, and today we have a presence worldwide.

Today we are a team of 20 professionals focused on the same purpose: to offer customer experience management solutions that make a difference.
