Patient Experience, CaseRateNow Technology Serves Patient Experience with AOR San Carlo Project in Potenza

On February 6, 2023, AOR "San Carlo" in Potenza presented the Customer Satisfaction project, promoted by the same company and implemented by RateNow.
The experimental project will initially involve the departments of Rheumatology, Gynecology and Obstetrics, Radiology and will evaluate the patient's experience through digital terminals in totem format and digital surveys.
The Customer Satisfaction project has been widely covered by the media, such as the Quotidiano Sanitá, the regional RAI news program and various newspapers.
