Dashboard: your operation at a glance
The main screen offers an executive summary by survey: NPS, sample size and the evolution of each area, with filters by period, location or segment. Everything stays in sync with your RateNow account, so what you see on your phone is exactly what you would see on your desktop — no delays, no different versions.
Alerts: know before it becomes a problem
As soon as negative feedback or an incident is recorded, the app sends a push notification with the location, time and detail of the low rating. There is no need to log into the dashboard just in case: the alert arrives on its own, the moment it happens.
Notifications that drive action
A push alert at the moment the incident occurs allows you to act the same day. A report that someone reviews "when they get a chance" can take a week to reach the same conclusion.
Comments: every opinion, in your pocket
The comments section shows the full text of each open-ended response, with filters by period, location or segment, and the detail of date, site and source survey.
